The Rochester School of Dance offers ballet technique classes taught by renowned Master ballet teachers once a year for the intermediate/advanced to advanced ballet students.
2017 Classes will be held August 14- 18, and August 21-25.

Our Guest Teachers
Olivier Pardina is the principal teacher for the Pre-Professional division at Miami City Ballet School. He is a recipient of the teaching degree issued to him by the French ministry of culture. His training was with his Father and Master teachers from the Paris Opera Ballet School. At age 16 he became a Principal dancer and toured the world performing with major ballet companies. Mr. Pardina replaced Rudolph Nureyev at the Covent Garden in London. He taught at the Harid Conservatory for more than 20 years and among his successful students, he trained and coached Marcelo Gomez, principal dancer at ABT, for many years. He is a very active guest artist, having taught at ABT, San Francisco Ballet School, the Rock School, Orlando Ballet School and the YAGP. He teaches regularly in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia.
Kristina Windom trained with Mary Day, Robert Steele, Julio de Bittencourt, and Patricia Berrend at The Washington School of Ballet, later joining the company under the artistic direction of Choo San Goh. At The Washington Ballet, she danced the repertory of Mr. Goh, Marius Petipa, George Balanchine, Paul Taylor, Judith Jamison, and Fernand Nault, to name a few. Windom later joined the Cleveland Ballet, performing in works by Dennis Nahat, Flemming Flindt and Kurt Joos. She also danced professionally for Alonzo King’s Lines Ballet, Eric Hampton Dance, Washington Opera Ballet, and DanceSmith. This is her sixth year teaching at The Washington School of Ballet, working with many different levels. Windom is also guest ballet mistress for the The Washington Ballet, The Washington Ballet Studio Company, and the Trainee Program. She has a B.A. in Business Management, as well as holding the title of school and artistic coordinator for the The Washington Ballet organization. She is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Fine Arts at George Mason University.
