School Policies

Class Observation:

The Rochester School of Dance schedules one week per nine week session for observation. Please check the school calendar under Classes for scheduled observation week dates.

School Closings:

When local schools are closed due to inclement weather, the school usually follows suit. Please listen to your local weather station for closings and also call the studio for confirmation.

Classes missed due to inclement weather, extra rehearsals, holidays or special events should be made up by the student during the school year (Sept-June) at    appropriate class of your and/or your teachers choosing.  There will be no refunds for classes missed.

Student Pick Up:

Please be prompt collecting students after class. A $15.00 fee will be charged when the staff must wait more than 15 minutes after the last class of the evening.
